ACTIVE PRINCIPLES
The vitis vinifera
Plant of ancient origins, was cultivated to produce eating or wine grapes and in both cases potent antioxidants come with them. The plant is widely cultivated in Italy. Even from the leaves are extracted beneficial substances which fight capillaries fragility enhancing their vessels strength and elasticity. For this reason these derivatives are utilised to specifically fight couperose and heavy legs.

Polyphenols
and their specific action
Grapes seeds contain beneficial lipids, proteins, carbohydrates and polyphenols. The polyphenols, mostly present in the skin and seeds of red grapes, are very effective antioxidants; they help to limit the effect of free radicals on skin and therefore reduce cellular ageing.

ANTIOXIDANTS
Anti Oxidants are chemical substances effectively contrasting the increase of free radicals of our metabolism. Free radicals occurrence is further increased by the effects of ultraviolet rays, environmental pollution and cigarette smoke. They limit the oxidation of our cells and therefore reduce skin weakness and loss of elasticity including the formation of wrinkles and dark spots. Cells are better protected and repaired thus remaining in improved condition to contrast the ageing process.
